This large cheese making vat is made from the highest food grade stainless steel. We bought it as a swimming pool project but have changed our plans now. It has twin walls and we were told by the previous owners that there is a coil built between the walls for cooling/heating but we haven’t tested that. It has two threaded outlets. There is a hole on the rim which can be easily repaired by a stainless steel welder and a surface scratch area on the inside of the tank (please see the photos).
