Jordan’s wonderful decision resulted in the demolition of the current premises and then building a brand new 27000 sq/ft shop/warehouse/workshop showroom. If you require any item to be packaged or placed on a pallet for your own courier to collect, then costs will be charged accordingly. Central Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other islands will be extra, please ask. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Failure to report any damages within this time scale will result in a void claim. This is the time scale each carrier gives us. Please be sure to check goods for any damage before signing for them. The goods are used and need to be installed by an appropriate, qualified tradesman and therefore we cannot be held liable or responsible for any subsequent damage or failure after installation.
