The tank is simply placed on the hot plates (provided), these heat the oven cleaning solution to a full 100C. The racks, liners, backplate etc are simply placed into the boiling solution, in no time the burnt on carbon will be softened so drastically that it either falls off or simply needs wiping away. It’s an easy quick practical way of getting yourself into business (or adding it to an existing business) for a very small outlay. Alternatively you may have a large kitchen or restaurant and will be able to clean your own ovens instead of paying a professional. An electrically heated dip tank means there’s no need to carry two heavy gas bottles (the one being used plus a reserve in case it runs out). No need to pay for expensive gas. Heating the tank on a hot plate means there’s no open flame as with a gas burner so no risk of fire or the likelihood of being blown out by the wind. If you can’t park near to your customers property then the tank can be taken from your vehicle to the property and the work done there instead of continually walking back to the van. The tank needs only approximately 40% of the cleaning solution used by bigger tanks, this means it heats up 2 and a half times faster! The hotplates provided have a massive collective power of 5,000 watts. The temperature of the hotplates can be regulated. The tank is perfect for bio degradable, non caustic safe oven cleaning solutions. The hotplates, extension cables and power-breakers pack neatly into the main tank making transportation simple and easy. The tank is internally deeper than most standard dip tanks, this means the cleaning solution can be deeper. Tank has four handles, two on the lid/finishing tray plus two on the tank itself. This makes assembly, movement and drainage easier. Tank incorporates a 1/4 turn lever ball valve (22 mm bore) tap for quick and easy drainage. Tank and accessories have been fully tested (passed) using clean water to boiling point. Although this tank may be smaller than others, that’s the great advantage of it, yet all the grills, racks, shelves and glass etc still easily fit into it (see photographs).
