Extra Large Van Mounted Stainless Steel Oven Cleaning Dip Tank New & Unused
Larger than normal professional oven cleaning dip tank, suitable for a larger type range, grills and grill pans as well as commercial kitchen ovens and extractors. These bespoke oven cleaning tanks are manufactured exclusively for Finley’s from 2 mm thick stainless steel, and can be produced in a wide range of sizes, depending on a customer’s specifications. Our oven cleaning tanks are produced from 304 stainless steel. Using a stainless steel tank gives you the option of either using caustic or non-caustic cleaning products. We at Finley’s supply the basic tank to your dimensions. Gas piping and valve are included together with a 28 mm gate valve drain tap, and flexible acid resistant drain tube, pressure relief valve and 8 kw burner. Also includes heat resistant handle covers for added protection. The tank can easily be fitted into a van with the fixing lugs pre-set to your individual dimensions. This allows us to liaise with our customers to work within their specifications and not just supply a “one size fits all” tank. Ready to be van mounted including the drip tray supplied. We have used these tanks on a professional basis ourselves and the price given is for a larger 800 mm Long x 600 mm Wide x 200 mm, Deep plus an allowance of 150 mm for the gas burner unit (supplied and fitted to the tank) housing below. On the dimensions quoted, these tanks will ideally hold between 20 and 25 litres of liquid. All our van mounted tanks are now fitted with a 35 mm flange to help prevent spillage.
