Failure to report any damages within this time scale will result in a void claim. This is the time scale each carrier gives us. Please be sure to check goods for any damage before signing for them. The goods are used and need to be installed by an appropriate, qualified tradesman and therefore we cannot be held liable or responsible for any subsequent damage or failure after installation.
