Since its creation by Louis Cartier in 1917, the Cartier Tank has been associated with some of the worlds most renowned figures from Royalty to actors from politicians to sports stars. The Cartier Tank is an iconic piece, steeped in horological history. Its design has certainly stood the test of time taking on a variety of different forms. The piece we have here is the Cartier Tank Francaise, which was released 1996, shortly after the release of the Amercaine in 1989. This piece is a reference 2384 and has a guilloche dial. The 20mm stainless steel case is fitted with the classic sapphire crown and a screw down case back. The crystal is clear. The case is in good condition. Inside is a quartz movement which is running well. The watch is on its original stainless steel Cartier bracelet which is in a similar condition to the case. The watch comes with its guarantee papers and an unbranded travel case. Box & Papers: Guarantee, travel case. Bracelet: Original, Cartier stainless-steel.

Housed inside is an automatic Cartier movement which you can view through the exhibition window case back. The Port Royal V was produced between 1994 and 1999. Our 1997 Zenith Port Royal V 01.0250.887 has a 29mm by 43mm stainless steel “Tank” case. Its angular lugs with a lug-to-lug length and thickness ensure a comfortable fit on your wrist. On the right side, is a signed crown. Polished and brushed surfaces transition with crisp lines. A polished bezel holds a domed Sapphire crystal. The eggshell dial has elegant applied large numerals marking the hours that radiate in an attractive way around the inner minute track with red numerals adding a splash of colour. At 6 o’clock a small seconds register. Slender syringe hands are coated in luminescence. On the reverse, a screwed-down case back. Inside a Zenith Quartz Cal. The watch comes fitted on a 20mm leather strap. The watch comes paired with a well-suited leather strap. The watch is from Circa. Original Lanco vintage tank timepiece from the 40s. Stainless steel case measures 22,4mm without the crown (23,5 including the crown) x 35mm lug to lug. Original two tone dial, with signs from age. Note that the pictures were taken with a macro lens, in real life those are barely visible. Still intact on the numerals. Original blued hour, minute and seconds hands with lume material still in place. Crystal has crazed lightly from the impact of time but it is still quite ok in my opinion. Langerdof 826 (Lanco) caliber, keeps very good time but last known service is unknown to me so I would recommend one for peace of mind. Vintage Zenith All steel Mens watch Cal. 83/4F, Rare Stepped case Tank Type, circa 1930’s. Hand-winding movement with Small Seconds, a fully working order currently serviced and timed electronically. Watch features legendary and rare Cal. 83/4F Mechanical (Hand-winding) runs, great time keeping, and all functions work as expected. Stepped style Tank Rectangle case made from solid «Staybrite» stainless steel, measuring approximately around 22mm across excluding the crown and 39mm from lug to lug It is in absolutely lovely original condition showing one noticeable ding and some light scratching from normal use. Fitted a Neutral dark brown leather band with stainless steel buckle to the case. The case back number #8332220. All original blued hands and all original, beautiful dial is signed «Zenith». Original unscrathes crystall glass. The case model of the watch is special and not a common style. Same style as longines chronograph 13ZN and military omega produced in the same years. Watch is in overall perfect condition, running and ready to wear or gift! The watch is in much better condition than in the pictures. The price I want is proportional to the condition of the watch.
