This tank only has one hole for the petcock. Can’t say if it is shaft drive or belt drive either. You will need to study picture closely to see if it matches your tank, ask questions, etc. We’ll gladly answer to the best of our ability. Has a few dings, (see pics) inside does show some surface rust(not bad). Does not include Cap, Petcock, or anything else not pictured. The petcock for this model is located at the left rear as your seated on the bike. I’m not sure what tank that is, but since it doesn’t have a port for a fuel level switch, my guess is the 1983 KZ440-D5 Ltd Belt. The paint graphics are from 1983 & several Kawasaki Ltd Shaft & Ltd Belt models were similar in that regard, but the Ltd Shaft had either a fuel level switch or fuel gauge on the tank. The Ltd chain drive models didn’t have those mod squad type of graphics. Or it could be from the 83 KZ250-W1 Ltd Belt, but a 440 tank would be more common.
